At Wolf Engineering and Millwrights we grind and flute rolls to suit our client's specifications. 

All rolls are cylindrical ground to extreme tolerances.   If rolls are to remain smooth, tapers are put on to customer specifications.

 

Fluting is the grooving of rolls to client's specifications, ie. number of teeth, spiral and profile of the teeth.
